Which items travel best for delivery?
Sealed tubs travel best: they stay frozen, stack well, and survive the trip in a cooler bag. Cakes travel next best, since they arrive boxed and whole. The official product page gives two practical tips: freeze the tub immediately on arrival for at least 30 minutes, and know that the ice cream lasts about 20 minutes in a cooler bag while travelling. Party packs are a smart delivery pick too, since they are built for sharing and survive the same trip as a tub.
What should you check before ordering?
Three checks save trouble. First, area: delivery is Klang Valley only per the official site, so orders outside it will not go through. Second, timing: the official product page lists two delivery slots, 1pm to 4pm and 4pm to 7pm, with 2-day delivery for orders made before 5pm, while a reseller lists same-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Third, help: the official product page lists +60 12-623 2971 and [email protected] for issues within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
